Meal plan for a month

Turns out losing the baby weight is significantly harder the second time around, and also turns out that having a baby right before the holidays is practically the worst because I gave myself a “pass” to eat everything in sight. Well three months later and the most successful I have been in losing the weight is when I mix my delicious Herbalife shakes and products with Sugarbusting. The following is one month worth of delicious gluten, sugar, dairy free recipes that will help out with the dreaded belly fat!
